Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Vipasi
At Vipasi, we truly value our customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
✅ Return & Refund
As a general company policy, we do not offer returns or refunds on products once sold.
Exception:
Refunds are only applicable if:

You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

You inform us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and images as proof.
Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
✅ Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

Exchange request must be raised within 7 working days of delivery.

If the required size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags & packaging intact.

Exchanges are processed and shipped within 10–14 working days after approval.
❌ Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order outfits.
-
Sarees, Dupattas, or stitched garments.
-
Products purchased under SALE / Discount / Coupon Offers.

Products that have already been exchanged once.

Color variation (up to 10%) due to lighting or screen settings will not be considered a valid reason for return/exchange.
📦 Return & Exchange Shipping

Customers must send the product back at their own cost (pickup service not available).

A flat ₹200 exchange fee will be charged for logistics to dispatch the new size.
